July: Focus Session

Have you been putting off key tasks on your to-do list? Struggling to get started on that next project? You are not alone! 

Even the most focused among us struggle with procrastination. When we procrastinate, we have a tendency to prioritise what we feel like doing over what we should be doing. Worse still, we can get stuck in a negative thought cycle that prevents us from getting anything done at all. 

Join my virtual co-working sessions where you can break the cycle. With dedicated focus time and a host (yours truly!) to keep you accountable, you can finally get started on that project you’ve been putting off!

How the sessions work

  • Check-in. Each virtual session will start with a brief check-in where you share with the group what you plan to achieve over the session. 

  • Focused work mode. With your video on and mic off, you will get started on your desired task.  

  • Break. We will take a 5 minute break to hydrate, stretch and reset for the next work block. 

  • Focused work mode. With your video on and mic off, you will continue with your desired task.

  • Check-out. The session will end with everyone sharing what they achieved.
